• Please note that bookings made less than 100 days prior to your tour start date are subject to availability and may lead to changes in the Machu Picchu programme. Passport information is required at the time of booking. To secure your spot, we recommend booking as soon as possible.

• For 2026 departures, your flight from Baltra will be to Guayaquil. If you wish to end your expedition in Quito instead, please contact our Expedition Specialists.

• For 2027 and 2028 departures, your flight from Baltra will also be to Guayaquil . If you wish to end your expediti on in Guayaquil instead, contact our Expedition Specialists. You can also change your final destination from Quito to Guayaquil when booking online.

• The land programme in Peru and Quito, Ecuador takes place at high altitudes. At 11,100 ft and 9,350 ft above sea level, respectively, you might experience mild altitude sickness.

• The land-based tour in Peru involves long stretches of active travel and walking over uneven terrain. Be prepared for a climate that varies from high altitude to tropical weather.

• Excursions and activities are subject to change
